Take me home

PRAYER OF THE SILENT RIVER
by justme

Silent river run your stream
Teach me now of all unseen.
Silent river going where?
You weave and dance without a care.

Silent river like a pain ignored
A crutch attached,human man ignored.
Silent river, not so silent now.
Where or when or if or how.

Silent river filled with dreams.
Teasing, tempting is what it seams.
Your going where? Please let us know.
Men don’t know, yet the babble flows.

Silent river please take me home.
To the land were mothers angels roam
And I shall rest and deeply sleep
To dream of past and my secrets keep.

Silent river now I shall die.
I shall never know if you will so cry.
But silent river you shall carry me on.
Until you stop where I belong.

Silent river my fathers here.
The sound of time, no longer near.
Silent river wash my hand
…..

…..and lay me gently, upon the silent land. ∞

The beginning of existence

The action surrounding the connecting of two, leading to the rhythm and joining together as if one, is the fulfilment of a desire of completion, once standard, then lost, once passive, then searched. The same action is not determined by an act of free will, but triggered by a memory of what once was. The memory provoked and stimulated through the gross or the conscious is an indication of the completion and , left by others,  the beginning of existence.

Father, creator of everything

FATHER, CREATOR OF EVERYTHING
by justme

Father, creator of everything, thank you for this moment, this precious only moment.
Father forgive me for I have been lost in another moment, a moment created in my mind.
Father only forgive me as I understand the other, who also lives within his mind and it is only through me recognising the same that my sins are forgiven and I can get up and walk.
Father let me not indulge upon my moment but rather observe the true moment and perhaps also see the play of the mind, the game, the illusion.
Father there is only one day.
There is no other.
Father it is through gratitude that I shall learn humility.
Father it is through humility I shall learn service.
Father it is through service shall I see my fellow man.
Father it is though seeing my fellow man I shall see myself.
Father it I through seeing myself I shall see you.
Father it is through seeing you I shall see nothing separate from you.
Father through seeing nothing seperate shall I live forever.

Amen.

The dream of life

THE DREAM OF LIFE
by justme

My dream is the dream of life
Found in death, freed by death
A sorrowful thing am I.
I sit upon the tree alone, it’s branches tremble not, for it is I who shivers
My shaking wakes the earth, no other birds will sit with me, the onlooker, the gazer of things.
My song the song of my forefathers, breathes life, calls death, a waiting thing am I
Alone, so very alone.
Yet to my silent tune the clouds they dance, they cry, they move.
To my silent dance we hold each other and smile and weep for a lost tomorrow
Somewhere within the space between the stars, held within the moment is my place.
A perfect place, a quiet place, where I belong
where I am real

Listen, listen

I AM HERE
by justme

Ah, I feel you here, your solemn stare
Graveside dread fills your timeless moment
Many people, yet to you, no care
You knew this moment would come for you, or me.
Is it me who died or is it me, who’s free?
I am here.

Feel the peppered bites of  breeze upon your skin,
It is I.
I touch your skin with mine, that’s all
Let the rain drops caress your face
Let them merge with tears.
Let the blinding veil of man pull back,
or fall.
For I am here.
I am very near.

Close your eyes my love, for within a moments blink
I shall fill your heart with love, yet it shall cut you like a knife
Still, let it in.
I am the gap between the words, listen, listen!
I am the prayer, listen listen!
Hold not to me, for I hold you, without, within.
For I am here.

Stay not with me, no need
To let me leave

This day is our day, to share,
to live, to breathe
For I am your breath.
Look beyond the eyes of a smaller man
I am not within this wooden prison
You know you did not see me.
Yet you know, you feel, I am here
It is only if you do not trust me
It is this I fear,
yet not.
For I know my love, for sure,
I am here.

Life whispered to me once upon a time
I will not leave you, I will be with you,
even unto the end of time.
Breathe my love that life might stay with me.

Breathe with me, for I am here. ∞

Yet

YET
by justme

You say you do not know me
Yet I know you
You say you never met me
Yet I met you
You say you never loved me
Yet I have always loved you
You say you never spoke to me
Yet I always speak to you
You say you are looking for me
Yet here I am.
You say to people we are one
Yet you act like we are two
You say you will never die
Yet you are dead right now
You said I am the answer
Yet you never asked.

You have said all these things
Some imaginary, some true
You have said all these things
Still I always love you

I am love

I AM LOVE
by justme

I am your rock, strong and steadfast.
I am the blade of grass and I bend and bow in a summers breeze.
I am the breeze that caresses the grass.
I am the soil than holds firm the rock, the grass.
I am the nutrients that feed the grass.
I am the life that loves the breeze, the rock.
I am that, I am this.
I am not this,I am not that.
I am the natural in between..
The natural in between is love.
I am love and you are my loved.

I have come because you told me to.

Family

SHOW ME THE MAN WHO DOES NOT LOVE
by justme

Show me the man who does not love
The life that he does lead
A forgetful man, a wanting man
just longing to succeed.

Show me the man who does not love
the family he has built
A broken man, a soaken man
a man refused of guilt.

Show me the man who does not love
The quiet of nights sleep
A valiant man, a daring man
His home to duty keep.

Show me the man who does not dream
of perfection as his own
A strident man, a steady man
His life he give alone.

Show me the man who does not love
the fulfillment of being right
A stronger man, a determined man
a man who stands to fight.

Show me the man who does not love
the friends and family tie.
An honest man, a hopeful man
a man who hides to cry.

Show me the man who does not love
The freedom promised from god
A fearing man, a compliant man
a man doomed to sod.

Show me the man who does not lose
the desire to be free
whose every wrong and every right
is all so he can see.
Such is the man that I am now
let angels shout out loud
Let rivers burst and valleys roar
Instruct and chase the cloud.

And when all men’s thoughts and noise and dash
finally settles down
Let stillness seep and nature keep
let there be no further sound

Then show me the man who does not love.

Destiny

DESTINY
by justme

Stillness thunders a powerful prose
Eyes they shudder, stutter and close.
Eight stone of muscle, meat and bone, weighs upon the bed, all alone.
A presence proved by a slightly sunken bed.
No movement now, for she, she is dead.

Our Father in heaven, who to hell are you?
Why was it her? What did she, an innocence do?
You killed the beauty before my eyes
Now the earth has lost, yet it’s only I,
who cries.

Invisible pain clamps my gut, rips my heart, dried mouth wide shut.
I’m over there across the room, my body stands, yet I see it’s gloom.
Mind it drifts as salty tears they creep, I enter a moments, a moments dreamy sleep.

Young perfect face and bright happy eyes, smiling lips and to my surprise,
she’s tall and elegant,
yet, shes so softly shy.

She won’t  look straight, head it flops
as she walks toward me, for me,
time it stops.
Behold the beauty before my eyes, we met by fate, to fulfil our lives.
Lips meet cheek, fingers entwine, my chest it displays, this girl is mine.

Then I knew…

This human meeting of this girl and a boy, was forged in the mountains, rivers and sky.
It was determined before the birth of the sun, it was an idea before the first river had run.
It’s etched on the surface and the core of the moon, the stars spell our names
they dance to our tune.

Then I return…

Eyes they open, she’s still dead, a silent body on a silent bed.
Memories still fill this holy place, beauty still fills her sleeping face.
I feel you woman, I sense you near, no answer comes, can you hear?
A girl leaves a man, a husband a wife.
Such is the way,
such is, my life.
