Attract

Quote gelb….and we attract our own and through the constant or through that which we will someday know as the ultimate illusion of time and mind, these life sources, for us, shall be forever our companions and together we shall always hold each other’s hands and be closer than breathing, nearer than hands and feet.

I can see

DSC_0575

THE SEA
by justme

I stood before the ridging waves
falling down then rising up, rolling forward effortlessly.
Feet lowered in sinking sand as tiny tickles spread my toes
Foaming white lusciousness, popped and fizzled
Tiny objects pushed forward then pulled back
Salt upon my lips left behind by a soft hidden breeze.
Always sun upon my face.

No man could plan this scene
No man could create the sand, the sparkling water, the taste of salt.
Not even one grain of sand can he create.
Yet it is everywhere.
Infinite intelligence waved the wand
From some place else it did conceive
For now, I can but look, and see myself.
Silent joy as I am part of this picture. This scene.
Where else shall I look that I might believe?
What else did I miss before me?
Through these eyes of light I now perceive
My god, my god, look my friends.
I can see ! ∞

Black Cats

I dream your fire

SkyEYES CLOSED
by justme

Eyes closed then wider opened, I enter a higher land.
While smoothing touch of air, of wind, seduces my skin on face.
Soft and warm, fulfilling, I welcome its gentle, caring touch.
If its love I long, its smothering caress, draws me closer
and higher
and lighter
and still.

Then heavy eyelids slide up to glimpse a twinkle in the sky
As all great men have seen, so now have I.
Invisible umbilical draws it,
dares it,
closer to me.
Longing, sprited heart seeks its solace, its centre.
Oh if I could merge with thee, and touch the mind of man.

Fill this gap, this space between you and I .
I dream your fire, your peace, your power,
of solitude.

The raindrops slip
and drip
and drop, to earth
The noise they make dances within my ears as
The buzz and bizz of man made energy hums and mumbles
Dull, yet somehow clear.
I hold this scene with eyes now closed
and drift and shift, so slow.

Time stands still
and still
and stop.
My heart and mind raised, beyond all mountain top.
I soar,
I fly,
I see. ∞

There is no other

birds

Quote gelbDoes the perfect relationship come from the unity of all things, is the struggle of humanity to find consolation within relationships a cry for the perfect, a desire for the unseen, the human scene merely an imperfect circle reflecting upon a perfect spiritual being, already connected to everyone, so connected there is no other, just one?

Relationship

Hagebutten

quotation rotWe talk of relationship. Consider if you will that word? Consider how discussions surround and slice and manipulate and dissect and probe our sense or our opinion of what a relationship is or should be.
Yet is not an opinion of a perfect relationship similar to the concept or imagining of a perfect circle? We understand and can imagine that circle, yet we cannot express the same in the human world, no matter how disciplined the equipment or intricate the detail or precise the process, still it is flawed. Yet how is it we can even comprehend a perfect circle?
The fact we can understand and imagine an imperfect circle must be itself prove the existence somewhere of the perfect circle?
So could it also be true of relationships, we play and dissect with opinionated views collected through a thousand instances with our own concept of perfect relationship, perfectly flawed but by itself perfect proof of the perfect relationship?

Does the perfect relationship come from the unity of all things, is the struggle of humanity to find consolation within relationships a cry for the perfect, a desire for the unseen, the human scene merely an imperfect circle reflecting upon a perfect spiritual being, already connected to everyone, so connected there is no other, just one?

Stay with me

LOVE ME, LIKE I LOVE YOU
by justme

Love me, like I love you.
Touch me with all thats true.
For the night is dark and cold and still is the air.
Will you just stand, look upon me and stare?
I am just the same as you.
A roaring lion but underneath a shrew.

I only play dead that you might see
The true humanity within justme

I asked dear god to save you so
I prayed the prayer only martyrs know
Still they came and stole you away
The enlightened book proved no sway.

So all was gone and your breast was pierced
An intruder there within the grail
Children cried and yet forgot
Yet you mother, guarded from the cot.

They say yesterday is but a simple dream
Yet here is the place you and I have been
Let no man shout about what I have not
Unless they seen you, spoke to you or seen your lot.
Let heaven or hell or the clouds fall in
For a kiss from you I would commit all sin.

Stay with me just a little while for the night draws dark and soon sleep shall come.
As eyelids close, vagueness falls, the picture evaporates…
and nothings left to understand, at all.

Stay with me just a little while
Hold me tight as I recoil. For cold is the night and all is lost ∞

These simple moments

WHEN YOU AND I ARE ONE
by justme

Once upon a deeper night in the land of hushabye
An angel met an angel and together they did cry.
They cried upon a perfect moment, but never would it come
They cried upon a stopping silence, that ne’re again would run

For moments come and moments go, that you and I, know true
Moments kept and moments lost, no moment, can we renew
For such things are written in our hearts, and shaped in tempered gold
They rise within an instant, they are held within our soul.

They travel with us from birth to death, their path it is not loud.
They never speak, they never shout, they ignore the maddened crowd
They held their time in camps of death at Chelmno and Sobibor
At the place called Thermopylae, they held a reeling roar.

At the feet of Ghandi they did fall, and Madiba held their hand.
Connolly stretchered to their song, Annie Moore, to a new land.
They echo at the French Bastille and when Lincoln honoured Ross
They were seated neath the Bohdi tree and upon a Roman cross.

They are that which we could miss so quick, they happen oh so fast
They never seem so important, we know they’ll never last.
Yet it is these moments, these simple moments, which are separate from mans time.
No fingers touch, no space can catch, this moment, called sublime.

They live the lakes,
They grow the fields,
They hold the moon, the stars, the sun.
They are the perfect moments, when you and I are one.∞

I want to love forever

HUMAN
by justme

I want to love forever
Touch my hand, hold me closer
Rest your head upon this shoulder
For the wind blows fierce and raw
Darkness descends
This night suffocates
Everything feels much colder

I don’t want to live forever
Just want to be with you
I will wait a thousand years or lives
To see you again
To feel what I feel here now
I just want to be together

Oh death, tell me the secret of life
When you come is that us over
No more the essence or the touch
No more the voice.
Oh death
Why does love not amount to much?

Rattling bones within a box
All alone,
We wait..
We wait to rot. ∞
