Filled with perfect

FOR ONCE THERE WAS A PERFECT TIME
By justme

For once there was a perfect time, filled with perfect, in perfect rhyme.
The laze of man, of thing and things and all the emptiness that human brings
Met with perfect, at the door, dropped it’s bag and cried no more.
Yet human man he soon forgot, built his castle, learned to rot.
Forgot that perfect, held his hand, tolled the roads, ploughed the land.

Then one day when man was old, a moment touched, a silence hold.
Of a perfect day, not noticed then, cared then less, cared not again.
It’s that call that calls him now.
Frets the beads, upon his brow.

For….
…….perfect came and perfect went
A perfect moment, no man has spent
For perfect is as perfect be, perfect touch, as perfect see.
Yes perfect called, this man missed thee
For perfect shouts, so silently.

Perfect kissed with perfect breath
Then perfect looked,
Then perfect,

left.∞

As they pull my sails down

DSC_0034

PLEASE STAY WITH ME
by justme

Please stay with me
Just a little while
The breath is fading
Closing is the night
And the skin above my eyes
Are like the sails filled with gusty might
I fight the sailors of time
As they pull my sails down
To block out the light

Stay with me.
Just a little while
Place your imagined hand in mine
That I may remember and feel once more
The bumps and dips of time
and feel your warmth
Although it was but a moment ago
Still I forget

Stay with me
just a little while
put your hand against my face
cup your hand with my shallow cheek
The perfect fit, no space
I hear no clock of time
Keep it covered
Lest the tick drives my mind

Stay with me
Just a little while
Talk with me, as
My lips grow heavy
My breath falls light
Place your head near mine
That I may feel your tears
That your breath may dance and tickle my skin
One more time.
Please, one more time.

Stay with me
Just a little while
Kiss my head that I may feel
And smell your love.
The last light has gone
Now.
I am done.
Please remember me.
The sailors are victorious.
The lids of life no more.

Black Cats

Relationship

Hagebutten

quotation rotWe talk of relationship. Consider if you will that word? Consider how discussions surround and slice and manipulate and dissect and probe our sense or our opinion of what a relationship is or should be.
Yet is not an opinion of a perfect relationship similar to the concept or imagining of a perfect circle? We understand and can imagine that circle, yet we cannot express the same in the human world, no matter how disciplined the equipment or intricate the detail or precise the process, still it is flawed. Yet how is it we can even comprehend a perfect circle?
The fact we can understand and imagine an imperfect circle must be itself prove the existence somewhere of the perfect circle?
So could it also be true of relationships, we play and dissect with opinionated views collected through a thousand instances with our own concept of perfect relationship, perfectly flawed but by itself perfect proof of the perfect relationship?

Does the perfect relationship come from the unity of all things, is the struggle of humanity to find consolation within relationships a cry for the perfect, a desire for the unseen, the human scene merely an imperfect circle reflecting upon a perfect spiritual being, already connected to everyone, so connected there is no other, just one?

I want to love forever

HUMAN
by justme

I want to love forever
Touch my hand, hold me closer
Rest your head upon this shoulder
For the wind blows fierce and raw
Darkness descends
This night suffocates
Everything feels much colder

I don’t want to live forever
Just want to be with you
I will wait a thousand years or lives
To see you again
To feel what I feel here now
I just want to be together

Oh death, tell me the secret of life
When you come is that us over
No more the essence or the touch
No more the voice.
Oh death
Why does love not amount to much?

Rattling bones within a box
All alone,
We wait..
We wait to rot. ∞

And then one night…

...and then the dream within the dream, it chased the shadows, then loved serene. Knowledged humans believed in weak, they twisted silence beyond the meek, the ego leapt, only itself to keep. And then one night when all was still, the breathing throbbed the dream was killed. A soul it silenced no word need speak, no dream of dream was there to seek. A silent tear it slipped the eye, killed the thought, and simply….cried.
The heavens opened and earth it held, the voice inside neither laughed or yelled, but within that moment all was clear, no more strangers, all now are near. Brother, sister was no more, silence thundered as a mighty roar… and as moment danced, it dance with joy, opinion gone, no more they cry. ∞

Somewhere between the stars

‘Somewhere within the space between the stars, held within the moment is my place. A perfect place, a quiet place, where I belong …’

Listen, listen

I AM HERE
by justme

Ah, I feel you here, your solemn stare
Graveside dread fills your timeless moment
Many people, yet to you, no care
You knew this moment would come for you, or me.
Is it me who died or is it me, who’s free?
I am here.

Feel the peppered bites of  breeze upon your skin,
It is I.
I touch your skin with mine, that’s all
Let the rain drops caress your face
Let them merge with tears.
Let the blinding veil of man pull back,
or fall.
For I am here.
I am very near.

Close your eyes my love, for within a moments blink
I shall fill your heart with love, yet it shall cut you like a knife
Still, let it in.
I am the gap between the words, listen, listen!
I am the prayer, listen listen!
Hold not to me, for I hold you, without, within.
For I am here.

Stay not with me, no need
To let me leave

This day is our day, to share,
to live, to breathe
For I am your breath.
Look beyond the eyes of a smaller man
I am not within this wooden prison
You know you did not see me.
Yet you know, you feel, I am here
It is only if you do not trust me
It is this I fear,
yet not.
For I know my love, for sure,
I am here.

Life whispered to me once upon a time
I will not leave you, I will be with you,
even unto the end of time.
Breathe my love that life might stay with me.

Breathe with me, for I am here. ∞

China Moon

CHINA MOON
by justme

….and rested her, her China hand and China eye.
With gentle touch and trembling tear.
Lift he love upon himself, smooth glowing skin, slipped a sigh.
The earth it crumbled, fled of the fear.
As man and woman, no breath as near.
…and he rested her, upon a cloud,
Whispered words, their love, their shroud.
Womb of God.
Stem of life.
Man and woman.
Man and wife.
Of alumni and alumnae
That night they slept the rainbow
And the angels,
They did cry….
