STEADY STARE

Steady stare gaze the words.
Conjured mind sharpens the knife.
Deliberate slice divides and shapes
the baggaged view of man.
A view the observer thinks is correct
uncovered by them for all.
Their gift passed with selfish pride.
Accepted by the majority as a gift of truth
delicately wrapped and silk bow tied.
Identical twins commend each other.
Flightless birds swap their mentor.
Forgetting the words the carpenter gave.
‘Few there be that enter’.
